Positive Pay
Positive pay is an optional module within IntelleCheck that provides another layer of security for checks.
The Pos Pay tab is only available if the account being processed has a positive pay layout associated with it, and you have permissions to create positive pay files.
If the After completion generate a Positive Pay file check box is selected, choose a path and file name for the file. When processing completes, the positive pay file will be created and stored at the location indicated.
The administrator can set up positive pay to occur automatically when payments are processed. In this case, the Pos Pay tab would not be available. Please refer to the Positive Pay section for more information.
